Oasis In-Home Care is a locally owned provider of personalized, compassionate in-home care services. We are currently seeking caregivers to join our team in the Dover, TN area. If you have a heart for helping others and want to build a fulfilling career, this role is for you.

Position Overview
As a caregiver, you will support clients by assisting with their daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Your work will allow them to remain safe and independent in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and monitor clients’ well-being
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
• Report any changes in health or behavior

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for dedicated, compassionate caregivers with strong communication and caregiving skills. Experience is preferred but not necessary, as paid training is provided.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Prior caregiving experience is beneficial but not required
