Michelle Mullins

Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Michelle graduated from nursing school in 1998 and moved to Clarksville, TN, shortly thereafter. As a Registered Nurse, Michelle worked in the hospital setting for many years, then transitioned to home health. While working in the home health setting, she discovered that there was a need within the home care space. Oasis In-Home Care was born out of a desire to help others maintain independence and safety in the comfort of their own homes. Michelle and her husband Shawn were married in 1999 and together have raised 8 children.

VP of Operations

Shawn Mullins

Shawn is from Clintwood, VA, and spent most of his childhood living in the Appalachian Mountains. He joined the military in 1992, due to a desire to serve his country and see the world. He was stationed at Fort Campbell in 1996, where he later met and married Michelle. While serving in the United States Army, Shawn was deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa. Following retirement in 2013, he joined the office staff at Oasis In-Home Care as the Vice President of Operations. He has a strong faith in God and enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and friends.

Jessica Neyman

Client Liaison

Jessica is currently the client liaison for Oasis In-Home Care. She was born in Ohio but was raised in a military family and moved often. She has moved to and away from Clarksville, TN several times, but settled here in 1983. Jessica graduated form Clarksville High School and got her bachelors in business from Trevecca Nazarene University. She has been in the medical management industry for over 23 years and has been with the Oasis family since 2018. In her time off, she enjoys spending time with her nieces and nephews, as well as horseback riding and other various hobbies.

Laraye Cooksey

Director of Human Resources

In September 2019, Laraye joined Oasis as the HR and Billing manager. Before her work here, she was employed by private physician offices for 15 years, caring for children and the elderly. Laraye has received her bachelors degree in healthcare management from Bethel University. Currently she handles the day-to-day billing services and manages accounts reciavable, as well as assist in the hiring process. She ensures that the hiring process is completed in an effective and efficient manner. When she is not busy with her children, she can be found scrapbooking, exploring, and taking photos.

We are an independently owned non-medical health agency. Because we aren't beholden to a corporation, we can structure a comprehensive care plan specific to your individual needs.
Oasis In-Home Care was founded in 2007 by Michelle Mullins , an RN from Middle Tennessee. That's why we are able to treat our clients like family.
We take your care very seriously and we understand that choosing the right care provider can be daunting. We make it easy by walking each family and client through their care options and providing highly trained caregivers committed to improving your quality of life.
We never make promises we can't keep. We speak in depth with all our clients to ensure that all of their needs are met with our services. We provide 24/7 access to a case manager to answer any and all questions and concerns.
