Since 2007, Oasis In-Home Care has been dedicated to helping individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in the place they call home.
Over the years, our team has had the privilege of caring for more than 3,000 clients across Tennessee and Kentucky, serving families throughout 19 counties. Each person we care for has a unique story, and every care plan is designed around the individual’s needs, preferences, and goals.
Home care is about much more than assistance with daily activities. It is about preserving dignity and supporting independence. Providing families with peace of mind is another plus. Oasis In-Home Care was founded on a passion for helping others, and that mission continues under the leadership of Michelle Mullins, FNP.
Michelle brings a unique combination of experience as a registered nurse/caregiver and education as a family nurse practitioner. Her clinical background and firsthand understanding of caregiving have helped shape Oasis into the trusted home care provider it is today.
Beyond leading Oasis, Michelle serves as President of the Tennessee Association for Home Care, advocating for quality care and advancing home care services throughout Tennessee.
Her leadership reflects the values at the foundation of Oasis: compassion, excellence, integrity, and a commitment to improving the lives of others.
