You’ll spend a good portion of your time on the road (50-75% of the time, to be exact), meeting healthcare providers, attending community events, and networking to create opportunities for new business. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively is essential, as you will be meeting various goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) while managing multiple client relationships.

Business Development and Client Acquisition:
As the face of Oasis in the local community, the Community Relations Manager will work to identify and establish strong relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, hospitals, and other potential referral partners.
